Attention coaches, therapists, consultants and other solo-professionals:
What Would Your Business Look Like In 2010 If You Were to Publish a Newsletter Every Other Week Without Fail? From: Linda Claire Puig, Sebastopol, CA As someone who has spent 24 years doing newsletters and articles for myself and clients, I can tell you that if in 2010 you were to send a professional newsletter with engaging content—consistently and regularly!—you would:
Of course, the operative words in the headline's question were “without fail.” How many times have you committed to publishing an ezine on a regular schedule and then let it fall by the wayside or never got around to starting? I know how time-consuming it is to write newsletters. (Boy, do I!) Finding the time to do a regular newsletter is always a challenge...so much so that they often just don’t get done. Or you send them too infrequently to do you any good. Either way, you miss out on all the powerful benefits of a newsletter. If writing isn't a strength, or you find the technology challenging, you're even more likely to put off your ezines so that they just don’t get done. And if you're a newsletter newbie who's not sure where to begin, your ezines may just not get done. What would you do if you completed ALL of your 2010 ezines IN ADVANCE at the beginning of the year—instead of stressing over every issue or skipping them altogether? How much extra time would you have to create new products and new alliances? To grow your list? To pursue more social networking strategies? To make more money? How many opportunities would you magnetize because you're feel so “on top of it,” so expanded, so confident, so at ease? How much more attention would you capture as an A-list, on-the-ball expert? How much extra energy and creativity would you have if you didn't always have a newsletter publication date clamoring for your attention? Here's the FIRST STEP toward taking care of ALL your ezines by the beginning of the year—so that they can take care of YOU the rest of the year! Through my company, Claire Communications, I've been providing solo-professionals like you high-quality, professionally written newsletter articles for years. While some of you LOVE writing and are able to make it a priority, I know that many of you just can't spare the time to write well-crafted articles or else you dislike the process so much that you just don't. In fact, writing articles is what stops most professionals from publishing a newsletter, or from doing it often enough to be of value. One of the resources I offer to solo-professionals is Ready2GoArticles.com, where you can get pre-written articles that you can customize and publish as your own. These are all written in the "voice" of a professional by me and a pool of hand-selected professional writers and are available for you to modify and use as your own. Rather than spending HOURS in front of your computer writing just one article, with Ready2Go articles, you'll spend only a few short minutes to customize the article however you wish. Change a headline. Add a question or a bullet. Write a paragraph from your own experience. Or use them completely as is. Even if you enjoy writing articles, Ready2Go Articles can help take you from a monthly ezine to a bi-weekly ezine without a huge additional outlay of effort. Or they can inspire you to write your own articles more quickly. Before I move onto the REST of your tools, here are just a few "client raves" about Ready2Go articles. I want you to be confident that my Ready2Go articles can successfully represent you! ![]() Linda Claire Puig's Earlybird Ezine Telecamp is an incredible program! It is the right combination of superb content, expertly delivered, and a system of action and accountability. At the end of the program, I had a system set up for developing my content and publishing it regularly on a schedule, which is the only way to do it professionally. The tools and resources, including guest experts on the conference calls and ready-to-go articles Linda and her staff have created that you can use immediately (without writing your own) are amazingly helpful. In two words, her program is "practical brilliance!" —Dolly Garlo, Florida NEW THIS YEAR: All Earlybird Ezine Telecampers will also receive their own custom-designed ezine template! Last year, so many telecampers needed an ezine template, or needed major design work to their existing template, that I decided to include a custom-designed template in all the packages this year. All too often, I see people publish poor-looking ezines that fail to either build expertise or enhance branding, and can actually lower credibility and trust. With a custom-designed template from our experienced and talented design team, you'll gain your audience’s attention and their trust by LOOKING professional/warm/authoritative/sassy (whatever qualities you bring) every time you send out a newsletter! A quality ezine template:
So you'll have all kinds of support to help you easily complete all your ezines at the beginning of 2010:
And if you love to write, by all means bring your own articles! There's a place for you around the campfire as well. Read the experiences of a few of our telecampers from last year—especially this first one...it's amazing!
![]() In December last year, not knowing what I could do to get my coaching

I'm so pleased to be a part of this telecamp! You're covering all the topics that I had hoped you would, and I feel very supported and less isolated. (Not fun to be sitting alone trying to figure out what and how to write!) Also, I just listened to the recording of the last class; you presented the clearest explanation of list building I've heard yet. It was terrific! —Sylvia Lippman, Illinois After the Earlybird Ezine Telecamp, you’ll have all your 2010 ezines done—and be a newsletter pro to boot! Here’s how the Earlybird Ezine Telecamp works: First, you'll select your articles from Ready2GoArticles.com (26 if you're publishing a bi-monthly ezine or 12 if you're publishing a monthly ezine). With articles "in hand," we'll meet by telephone once a week for six weeks. Again, if you wish to bring your own articles, by all means do. During the first 60 minutes of each call, I’ll teach you everything you need to know about ezines and articles, experience I've spent a quarter of a century honing. I have some great guests lined up who'll share their wisdom, as well. After the learning, we’ll each commit to an action on an exclusive online forum, hang up and get to it. (I'll be doing my ezines, too!) An hour later, we'll reconvene on the phone to report on how we did on our commitments. I'll assign some homework (not more than an hour's worth), and then we'll end it for that day. And after our lesson on ezine design, you'll be able to submit your design information so that our team can build your custom-designed template. This is by far the most comprehensive course on Here’s what we’ll cover during the six classes:

Additionally, you can view a summary and an excerpt of every article on the site before you purchase it. How do I choose the articles I want?

Upon checkout, apply your personal code to download your selected articles for free (since you’ll already have paid for them here in the Earlybird Ezine Telecamp package!).
Why is it better to do all my ezines now, rather than just doing them one by one as they come up?
Four reasons:
1) Waiting to do your ezines as they come due often means they don’t get done. You get busy with something or other and the ezine waits…and…waits. 2) Also, when you plan your year’s worth of ezines and batch your newsletter tasks, you increase your productivity immensely. There’s an efficient flow of energy that moves you along, as you do like tasks together, all at once. Even if you’re more disciplined than most and send your ezine on a regular schedule, you’re still less productive doing it ezine by ezine than if you do them all at once. 3) Working on your ezines in a group setting, with support and accountability, gives you that extra push to complete rather than put off. Put it this way: it's a lot more fun! 4) Having your ezines out of the way means you’ll have more time to devote to other business-building, money-making endeavors, such as developing info products or using your social media strategy. You’ll be freer and more flexible with your time and, therefore, more prepared to address whatever challenges or opportunities come your way during the year. Why should I buy articles when I can use free ones from article directories?
When you use free articles from article directories, you are required to include the author’s bio box. This dilutes the perception of your expertise. When you use Ready2Go articles, you do not have to put anyone else’s bio box on the article. It’s yours to use in your newsletter, on your blog or on your website AS YOUR OWN.
Shouldn’t articles in my ezine have my “voice?”
Your voice is assuredly in your ezine, even when you use our Ready2Go articles. It comes through your personal note, your article selections and the ways in which you modify the articles to suit your needs. And when you're modifying your articles, you're adding your voice.
Also, my background as a journalist trained me to write with the reader in mind. In this case, that means your clients and prospects, your audience. I’ve been writing specifically for coaching clients and therapy clients for years now, and I know what they want and like. Just so you know, I frequently hear from our clients, “Wow! Your articles read just like I wrote them!” This sensitivity to you and your clients means you’re assured as close as possible a “fit” with your voice before you begin your modifications. Consider Ready2Go articles as supporting your voice, not replacing it. A custom-designed ezine template is included with my registration...what if I already have an ezine template?
Our ezine designer is really excellent (he'll be joining us for one of the classes). If you already have a template, and you want to keep it, he can polish the template design to bring it to a new level of professionalism and/or review it for other design recommendations.
What if I can’t make it to the Telecamp calls during the time you’ve scheduled them?
No worries. All the calls will be recorded so that you can have access to them within 24 hours. Furthermore, I will pair you up with another telecamper who is unable to make the calls so that you’ll both have an accountability partner with whom to do the work.
How many times do you sell each article?
I cap sales of individual articles at 250. Once an article has been purchased or selected 250 times, it gets pulled off the site and is not re-sold.
How can I change my Ready2Go Articles?
You can change the headline, rewrite the lead paragraph, add an example from your own practice, beef up bullet points, add a question or two to a quiz, flesh out a Top 10 list…the possibilities are endless. I’ll be going over more suggestions during the telecamp calls.
So rather than struggle for HOURS to write something, spend 10 minutes with one of these ready-to-go articles. Do that for 26 articles and you’ll have spent a TOTAL of less than 4.5 hours—to do an entire year’s worth of bi-weekly ezine articles! Why should I buy articles if I enjoy writing them myself?
Even if you DO love to write, it’s sometimes best that you DON’T write your ezine articles. Consider carefully your business and your availability. What’s the biggest and best use of your time? It may be better spent NOT writing articles but on moving your business forward in other ways.
Also, if you'd like to step up the frequency of your newsletters, Ready2Go Articles can augment what you're already writing. For example, if you've been publishing every other week and want to take your ezine to weekly, Ready2Go Articles can make that an easy addition. Will I own the articles I purchase?
You are purchasing a "license" to use the articles you select in any of these ways: in a print or electronic newsletter, on your website, in a special free report or on your blog. You may add your own voice to the articles by editing, changing, adding or removing anything you like.
Where can I find the answers to other questions I have about Ready2Go Articles?
Visit www.Ready2GoArticles.com to read more FAQs.
How does the four-payment plan work?
Your first payment is charged to your credit card immediately. The remaining three automatically come from your credit card account (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) every 30 days after that.
Can my business partner, assistant or spouse attend the calls?
Every paid registrant may invite one additional person to the calls: a business partner, assistant or spouse. If you’re working with another person on your ezines, this will be a great series for you both to attend.
Is it possible to ask questions during the live calls?
Each week of the telecamp, in addition to the learning calls, will also include a live Q&A during which I will be available to answer all your questions about ezines.
Should I register if I don’t already have an ezine? If I do already have one?
Yes on both accounts. Whether you are a newcomer to publishing ezines or an old-timer, you’ll benefit from the learning AND the doing at the Earlybird Ezine Telecamp.
What’s the first thing I should do after registering?
When you receive your registration confirmation, you’ll receive a link to a recorded message from me about getting started and selecting your articles. It would be good to come to the first call with your articles already selected (unless you are uncertain what you need, in which case, wait until after the first call). If you're using your own articles, gather those or select a few topics you'll be writing on during the telecamp (there is no recorded message you need to listen to).
Here's what I commit to:
Those were my commitments. Here's my GUARANTEE:
You'll know that the Earlybird Ezine Telecamp and Ready2Go Articles are for you if you:
